- Hepatitis B
- 1 month of age
- Hepatitis B
- 2 months of age - 2 shots, one oral vaccine
- DTaP - Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis
- IPV - Inactivated Polio vaccine
- HIB - Haemophilus influenza Type B
- The three above are a combo vaccine in one shot (Pentacel)
- Pneumococcal vaccine (Prevnar 13)
- Rotavirus vaccine (oral)
- 4 months of age - repeat (2 shots, one oral)
- 6 months of age - repeat again and add flu vaccine now offered seasonally (2 or 3 shots, one oral). Children younger than 9 years of age receiving flu shot for the first time require two doses one or more months apart
- 9 months of age - Hepatitis B and 2nd flu shot if not done already (1 or 2 shots).
- 12 months of age (3 shots)
- MMR - Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Pneumococcal vaccine (Prevnar 13)
- Varicella (chickenpox)
- 15 months of age (2 shots)
- Pentacel (see 2 month vaccines)
- Hepatitis A
- 18 months of age (ZERO shots!)
- Finally, no shots!
- 2 years of age (one shot)
- Hepatitis A
- 4 to 6 years of age (2 shots to get ready for school)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Proquad)
- Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, and Polio (Quadracel)
- 11 years of age to adult (3 shots)
- Tdap (Tetanus, pertussis)
- Meningococcal (ACWY serotypes)
- HPV (human papilloma virus)
- 12 years of age (one shot)
- HPV
- 16 years of age
- Meningococcal (ACWY serotypes)
