If you need an appointment for your child, please call the office at 262-256-0676. We ask that you schedule routine well checks and medication management visits several months in advance. We have reserved same day openings for acute sick visits and injuries.  Scheduling online via patient portal is not currently active but we are working towards enabling this feature in the future.
